How your key stays safe
- Your Secret goes into a locked slot in this browser that cannot be read back out, not even by this page.
- It is never saved as text, never put in a link, and only ever sent to Polymarket itself.
- This page can only read your trades. It has no way to place one.
- Everything is worked out on your phone. We keep no copy of your key or your numbers.
- "Forget my key and data" in Settings erases it all and checks that it is gone.
- If this site were ever tampered with, a bad version could misuse a key. That is why you should use a separate key you can delete.
Where do I find these?
Sign in at polymarket.us/developer and create an API key. You get a Key ID and a Secret. The Secret is shown only once.
